Advance booking reduction
A 5% advance booking reduction was granted throughout the 4.7.-2.8.2008 festival season on tickets for all the operas and concerts apart from Madama Butterfly.
The tickets should have been purchased by September 30, 2008. They were invoiced or charged to your credit card or could have been paid for at any Lippupalvelu (Ticket Service) outlet or R-kiosk.
Groups
Finnish groups of at least 20 and foreign groups of at least 10 are entitled to a group reduction of 5%.
The commission for tour operators is 5% of the ticket prices.
No sales commission is granted to tour operators on tickets sold through Lippupalvelu.
Club Opera (annual subscription €60)
Members of Club Opera were entitled to a 10% advance booking reduction on The Puritans and on all concerts.
No reduction was granted on tickets for Madama Butterfly. The reduction on tickets for all the other operas was 5%.
The tickets must have been purchased by January 31, 2009. Members were entitled to not more than 10 tickets per event at this preferential rate.
Club Opera members must present their Club Card on booking and purchase their tickets by the given date in order to qualify for the reduction.

Delivery of tickets
Tickets can be collected and paid for at any Lippupalvelu outlet or R-kiosk (min. service fee 2€/ticket).
Tickets will be delivered with a Lippupalvelu invoice that must be paid within 5 days/private clients, 14 days/corporate clients.
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMEX and Diners Card.
The Lippupalvelu eticket purchased online is a quick and easy way to obtain Festival tickets. TicketFast etickets are sent by email as PDF files.
Service fees for tickets
Invoice: Finland €6 –13, other countries €30.
Credit cards: Finland €8—13, other countries €14—30
TicketFast tickets: €0.80 per ticket plus €2 per booking.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers entitling the holder to purchase a ticket for the performance of his/her choice are on sale at Lippupalvelu outlets.
Tickets cannot be refunded or changed.
Force majeure conditions apply to all performances. Tickets will then be refunded on presentation.
The Savonlinna Opera Festival takes no responsibility for lost tickets.
